Terms and Conditions

Upon entering this Agreement Trainer agrees to provide Training Services for Client focusing on the topics of self-development, leadership, and productivity.

Description of Training

Training is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Trainer and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

Terms and Conditions

Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing her/his own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the training relationship and his training calls and interactions with the Trainer. Client understands training is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client acknowledges that training is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of her/his life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. Client understands that in order to enhance the training relationship, Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

Client can, at any point during training sessions, declare his/her preference not to discuss a specific issue. Trainer agrees to respect such boundaries.

The parties agree to engage in a 6 months Training Program through internet meetings. The calls shall be 55 minutes long. Client agrees to receive assignments after each meeting and commits to work on them to the best of her/his ability. Trainer will be available to Client on a designated Slack channel in between scheduled meetings, Mondays to Fridays.

Client agrees that it is her/his responsibility to notify Trainer 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls if he is not able to call in. Trainer reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Trainer will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Emergencies may arise and will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

After the payment for the Training is done, it cannot be refunded. If Client is unsure whether Trainer and her methods are a good fit to Client’s personality and needs, Client is advised to book a Mindshifting Intensive as a test call prior to committing long-term.


This training relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that Client shares with Trainer as part of this relationship, is confidential. Trainer agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to Client without Client’s consent. Trainer will not disclose Client’s name as a reference without Client’s consent.
