Getting away from your daily life, changing environment to some peaceful place in beautiful nature, and doing some intense self-development work in a small group of supportive and understanding people, is what we do at my retreats.
Every day we do self-development work under my guidance. We also take care of our bodies by daily trainings, meditations and good food. You have some time to explore the surroundings. If possible, we contribute to the local community through different activities.
