What kind of goals can we work on? Any. As long as they aim at improving your wellbeing. For that, you should be ready to dig the goals out from the depth of your heart.
From the depth of my heart? – you may be asking. There is a lot of noise around us nowadays. And in that noise it can be hard to tap into our true inner selves to understand what do actually WE want in our lives? I believe it is essential for the success of our goals to have a true connection to them, an alignment of the goals to our inner values. So I always start my work by digging down to your true “Why”. Already here your goals and intentions might change, because we peel away those wishes and expectations that society has dressed you in. Once you have your inner compass, and a true goal is identified, we work your way towards reaching that goal. That means you have to work! That involves sweat, sometimes tears, but with this work come insights, feeling of lightness, energy and motivation. Your self-love and self-confidence keep growing. And with that, life becomes easier to play, your attitude to what comes your way changes, joy and gratitude become a natural part of your days. You have the energy to live your life out loud.
